Make sure to check the goods for any transport damages in the presence of the driver. Please note that dents or other damages may have been caused even by seemingly perfect packaging. If you discover damages, these must be documented by the driver in a damage report.
Without such a damage report, compensation claims will be rejected by the carrier. A general comment such as "Accepted with reservations" cannot be subsequently issued as a damage report.
Our items are visibly and invisibly marked with special paints, varnishes, seals, and security seals. The removal or opening of these markings will void any warranty or right of return.
