It is necessary to check if the causes of the breakdown and damage of the old turbocharger have been eliminated. Before starting to mount the new turbocharger, you must check the cleanliness and tightness of adjacent parts.

When changing the turbocharger, also renew the engine oil, oil filter, and air filter! Before securing the duct, please fully fill the turbocharger by pouring clean engine oil into the supply duct. Change all oil lines as well as flanges and seals. For some items, you also need to change the heat exchanger according to the assembly instructions. Before commissioning, check the tightness of all oil, gas, and air ducts.

It is absolutely necessary to clean the air and exhaust air supply system as well as the intercooler. The system must not contain any chips, dirt, corrosion, oil, or foreign bodies. After mounting the turbocharger, you must restart the engine, let it idle for about 30 seconds, and only then gradually increase the speed.
