Before starting to install the new turbocharger, it is necessary to check the cleanliness and tightness of the adjacent parts. When changing the turbocharger, also renew the engine oil, oil filter, and air filter! Before fixing the duct, fill the turbocharger completely by pouring clean engine oil into the supply duct.

Change all oil pipes as well as flanges and gaskets. For some items, the heat exchanger must also be changed according to the installation instructions. Before commissioning, check the tightness of all oil, gas, and air ducts. It is absolutely necessary to clean the air supply and exhaust system as well as the intermediate heat exchanger. The system must not contain any chips, dirt, corrosion, oil, or foreign matter.

After installing the turbocharger, you must restart the engine, let it idle for about 30 seconds, and only then gradually increase the speed. It is important to note that LaPièce24's warranty and liability are not engaged if the turbocharger is installed without following the installation instructions and if this causes damage.
